Booking Appointments
To book an appointment, please call the spa at 203-626-5688 or email us at info@lotusdayspallc.net. We recommend that you call a couple days in advance to guarantee the time and date you are looking for. However, we will do our best to accommodate you for last minute appointments. 
We do ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note that the time scheduled is the time your treatment will start. If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Time may be deducted from your service depending on following appointments scheduled.

Cancellation
You will receive a confirmation call the day before your appointment. If for any reason you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. No shows will result in 50% of the service being charged to your credit card.‚Äč

Spa Parties & Packages

A credit card is needed to reserve a spa party. Please note that for spa parties a 72 hour cancellation notice is required. Canceling in less than 48 hrs will result in 50% of the party being charged to your credit card.

Cell Phones/Voices
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones off and prepare to use low volume voices as you enter the spa, out of common courtesy for the other clients, as they will for you.

Payment & Gratuity
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note cash payments and cash tips are preferred. We also accept Lotus Day Spa gift certificates and Spa Wish, Spa Finder, & Spa & Wellness gift certificates. Tax and gratuity are not included in pricing and tips can not be left from gift certificates.
